Preparation for a global roll-out is no easy feat. Providing a Multi-Lingual platform to announce the launch of HBO Max in 39 Territories in Latin America and the Caribbean was slightly easier!
How mimic facilitated the pre-launch announcement of the WarnerMedia's streaming services' first major international bow:
A customized web experience with registration and multi-lingual support.
A customized pre-launch web experience was designed and customized to the HBO Look and feel. This platform enabled invited and registered media to watch the live stream from their device, anywhere in the world! The platform was developed and translated to English, Spanish, and Portuguese to give access to a diverse audience. With a customised registration process upon entry that gave members of the media private access to the event.
Using mimic enabled the media to engage with speakers giving them access to gather information relating to the announcement for their own media publications using Chat, Polling and Q&A.
The live stream was handled using the mimic stage module, with live input control, this was a combination of, Presentations, Pre-recorded, and live studio session footage which were made available to the audience for on-demand viewing post the event.
