New Feature Release - Playlists | Bug Fixes & Improvements to UX
It's here as Promised, The Playlist Feature!
mimic users will now be able to create a new page in your web experience called Playlist. This feature enables you to do the following:
Create a playlist page, and update the design and settings to suit your event look and feel
Group your VOD videos into a playlist.
Here is what you can expect from the playlist module:
As you enter the playlist module, you will be prompted to create a new playlist from videos uploaded to your VOD module.
When adding a new playlist, Insert a title, a description and upload a thumbnail for the folder. This can be updated at a later stage if you wish to make changes.
Select the videos you want to add to your playlist.
Select how you would like your videos to be displayed in the playlist, via thumbnail or a list view
Customise your playlist page, and Save your changes or Push them live to your Audience

The interface for adding new inputs has been updated. It is now a multi-step process that gives you more control
If you are new to SRT and RTMP you are able to run a test stream that will automatically deactivate after 30 Minutes ensuring you don't incur unnecessary costs when learning how to use the platform. However, if you understand this feature you are able to opt to manually configure these settings and have full control.
We have also included a timer for SRT and RTMP which enables you to see how long you have been running your stream for.
You are now able to preview an input before pushing it live to your audience, via a preview button in your stage control panel.
